    Our customer provides publishers with customized advertising feeds and formats needed to maximize site revenue through targeted advertising inventory and innovative technology. The professional approach, latest internet marketing techniques and advanced technologies are at customers’ disposal for reaching their ambitious goals.

    Responsibilities:
    • Analyze and optimize performance campaigns maximize ROI (buying on CPC/CPM for CPA campaigns);
    • Provide data-driven reports on progress;
    • Work closely with the monetization team to constantly optimize ads;
    • Analyze and identify new opportunities to improve performance and skill up volumes;
    • A/B tests of creatives, landing pages and ad formats;
    • Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
    Requirements:
    • At least 2 years of experience in buying online media inventory;
    • Proficient knowledge of online analytics and reporting tools;
    • General online marketing insights;
    • Experience running A/B tests across various scenarios and KPIs;
    • Experience in integration with different tracking systems;
    • Experience with networks;
    • English — upper-intermediate or higher.
    Would be a plus:
    • Working experience with CPM/CPC;
    • Working experience with different DSPs.
